Useful information about ShBarcelona offices and services

  Where are the ShBarcelona offices?

  We have three ShBarcelona offices in Barcelona.

  For touristic rentals and Purchase / Sale services, our agency is located at number 99 in Casanova Street, between Valencia and Calle Aragon Street, in the left hand side of Eixample distric.

  For monthly rentals our agency is at Calle Sepúlveda 154, in the left hand side of Eixample distric.

  For annual rentals, our agency is located on Calle Bailen 200, at the intersetion between Calle Industria and Calle Bailen, in Gracia neighborhood.

  Which are our opening hours?

  Every office is open Monday to Friday 09am to 18pm without interruption.

  On Saturdays, only 154 Sepúlveda street office is open from 10am to 13h30.

  Please come directly to one of our ShBarcelona offices: the one in Casanova Street 99 for Purchase / Sale services, the one in Sepúlveda 154 for monthly rentals and the one in Casanova 95 for holiday tourism and architecture and decoration services; the agency in Bailen street 200 for annual rentals.

  Are our apartments furnished and equipped?

  Short-term Rentals

  All our tourist apartments are completely furnished and equipped. You have only to bring your personal belongings. Utilities are included.

  Monthly Rentals

  All our apartments are fully furnished and equipped to facilitate your immediate entry. All our apartments have at least refrigerator, washing machine, bedding (duvet and sheets), and equipment for the kitchen (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans ...).

  Some apartments have additional equipment such as dishwashers, dryers, air conditioning, Internet, etc. In the apartments description you will find a detailed list of the equipment available.

  Please consider that electrical outlets in Barcelona are 220 voltage, if you come from the United States, Canada or Japan, do not forget to bring an adapter or even perhaps a transformer. If you come from UK you simply need an adapter.

  We can ensure that you will need nothing but your personal belongings and your bath towels to start moving in the best conditions. We take care of the rest!

  Yearly rentals

  We propose furnished apartments or not, equipped or not. Please consult, the description and the available equipments in each of the announcements published on our site.

  Are there additional kitchenware and maintenance benefits?

  The maintenance service

  Is included in the contracts of touristic and seasonal rentals. In case of unexpected technical breakdown related to the general maintenance of the house, our technicians intervene in a period no longer than 48 hours. It is always comforting to know you can count on us throughout your stay.

  Cleaning service

  We offer the possibility of getting a professional cleaning service. This service has an additional cost. To know the conditions and the proposed services, please contact your ShBarcelona manager.

  Insurance

  We offer you the possibility to hire insurance for your safety during the stay. Please ask your manager.
