Functions to play

Timing
9 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday
Remuneration
€ 400 / month
Tasks:
- Deal with costumers and owners, mainly foreigners (UK, USA, France, pays Scandinavian countries).
- Management and administration of Barcelona's apartment portfolio.
- Participate in the company's trade policy.

Requirements:
- Vocational training
Advanced vocational education in Communication and Marketing.
- Experience
At least 1 year.
- Required skills
Be able to speak a high level of English, Spanish and Catalan. 80% of the day is in English.
Excellent oral communication and good relationship skills.
Proactive, liable, and able to work in a team.
Vehicle needed.
Web and Microsoft Office pack knowledge.
- Desired skills
Fluent in French.
Schedule:
From 9 am to 6 pm (with 1 hr 15 mins of lunch break).
Salary:
15.000 € - 27.000 € gross salary / year

Our team needs to recruit a Commercial Councilor.
Tasks:
- Receive and manage client demand whether in person, by phone or via email.
- Deal with customers that are mainly foreigners (UK, USA, France, Scandinavian countries).
- Organize, coordinate and make visits.
- Request and study the documentation provided.
- Sales visits to companies, organizations and institutions.
